It's simple! You book a session, and our trainer arrives at your home in our fully-equipped van. We guide your dog through a tailored session, and you don't even have to be there. Simply let us know if you need one of our key lock boxes for your door, or feel free to come up with your own plan to give us access during scheduled sessions.

Absolutely. All our trainers are certified or getting certified in canine training. We use professional-grade dog treadmills with safety harnesses, and we monitor your dog's heart rate and comfort throughout every session. We start slow and build up at your dog's pace.

We work with all breeds and sizes. We have multiple treadmill models specifically designed for different sizes, so every dog gets the perfect fit.

That's the beauty of our service! Our van is fully climate-controlled, so rain, light snow, or extreme heat never affects your dog's workout.

We are currently not equipped to offer a live feed of your dog's session. However, we do send updates to you throughout the session and offer activity trackers as a small upgrade if you would like a health report.

Enrichment is mental exercise for your dog; games and activities that keep their brain busy, reduce boredom, and help them feel calm and satisfied.

We offer weekly and bi-monthly subscriptions, paw passes for those who do not want to commit to a subscription, and a pup squad rate for dogs on the same street.

Subscriptions may be canceled with 30 days' written notice. Services and billing will continue during the 30-day notice period, and prorated refunds are not available.

If we are unavailable due to scheduled travel, subscription billing for that month will be prorated to reflect the dates services are unavailable. Clients will be notified in advance whenever possible. If we need to cancel any sessions due to sickness or emergencies, that session will be rescheduled for a later date at no extra charge.

Life happens! You can cancel or reschedule any session up to 24 hours in advance with no charge. Just log into your account or give us a call, and we'll sort it out.

Having a husky, we know all about attitude problems. If your pup isn't feeling their session, we will never make them do anything they don't want to. We will gently try to motivate them on the treadmill and if that does not work, we will move on to a more enrichment based session. For the safety of our trainers and your pup, if at any time your dog shows aggression, we will immediately end the session and try again at their next scheduled appointment. Dogs have bad days too and that is okay!

We love puppies! But the reality is they can be a lot more work than older dogs, so we do not offer discounts for puppies at this time.

Each visit is approximately 30 minutes to an hour dependent on the package, giving your dog time for a potty break, fresh water, feeding (if needed), and some play or attention.

We recommend at least 2 visits per day to keep your dog comfortable and on a consistent routine. For higher-energy dogs, puppies, seniors, or disabled dogs, 3 visits per day is ideal.

We use secure methods such as lockboxes, key codes, or smart locks. All access details are kept private and used only for scheduled visits.

Each visit may include a potty break, fresh water refill, feeding (if requested), playtime or light enrichment, and lots of attention and care.

Yes! You'll receive photo/video updates and a quick report after each visit so you know how your pup is doing.

We work with most dogs, but for safety reasons, we may decline or modify services for dogs with severe aggression or undisclosed behavioral concerns.

We can administer basic medications (oral/topical) with clear instructions. Please let us know in advance.

Yes! When our mobile fitness van starts to run you can choose to combine drop-in visits with a discounted mobile fitness session for a well-rounded routine.

Your dog's safety is our top priority. In case of emergency, we will contact you immediately, reach out to your emergency contact, and seek veterinary care if needed.

We require at least 72 hours notice for drop-in dog sitting cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
